What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear questionable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Although, our catering services are excellent and we can personalize menus to suit your likes. Please be aware that glass containers are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make effort to accommodate all guests. Some of our vessels are more accessible than others. Please get in touch with us upon booking to discuss particular requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 72 hours or more before departure will get a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless it's due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
